PIO DEL PILAR
INTRODUCTION
Barangay Pio del Pilar is one of the seven (7) barangays comprising the Westside Cluster or Cluster 2 in the first district of Makati. It has a land area of 880,900 square meters which is 3.2% share to the City’s total land area. Based on the 2015 Census of population released by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Pio del Pilar has a population of 30,732 and a percentage share of 5.27% in the city’s population with a density of 35 persons per 1,000 square meters.
Pio del Pilar is bounded by Barangays San Isidro and San Antonio in the north, Barangays Bangkal and San Lorenzo in the south, Barangay San Lorenzo in the east and Pasay City in the west.
One of the major means of transportation in Barangay Pio del Pilar is the Pasay Road Station of the Philippine National Railways. Other recognized structures located in the barangay includes Pio del Pilar Elementary School, Koliseyum ng Bayan, Don Bosco Parish Church, Waltermart and Citimotors.
Predominant land use of barangay Pio del Pilar is commercial which can be seen through wide arrays of business establishments such as banks, gas stations, restaurants, apartelles, hotels and drug stores among others.

Free House-to-House Anti-Rabies Vaccine
Magandang araw mga ka-barangay!
Simula po ngayong Lunes, Enero 13, mag iikot po ang ating Makati Veterinarian Team sa ating barangay upang magbigay ng libreng Anti-Rabies Vaccine sa ating mga alagang aso’t pusa.
Mangyari lamang po na ipakita ang vaccination card ng ating mga alaga kapag sila’y binakunahan.
Abangan lamang po sila sa ating lugar simula sa Lunes.

Voter Registration
Magandang araw mga ka-barangay!
Tayo po ay magkakaroon ng satellite registration sa 5th floor ng Waltermart Makati ngayong darating na Linggo, Agosto 3.
Ang registration po ay para lamang sa mga bagong botante, mga di pa nakakaboto, at mga galing sa overseas voting. Magkakaroon din po ng correction of entry at change of status ngayong darating na Linggo, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Mangyari lamang po na basahin ang pubmat para sa mga kinakailangang requirements.

Bilang pagdiriwang sa kapistahan ng ating mga patron, San Ildefonso at San Juan Bosco, ang atin pong barangay, sa pangunguna ni Kapitana Popcorn S. Lacia, Kagawad Cesar Parrucho, ang buong konseho kasama na rin ang ating Sangguniang Kabataan, ay inihahandog ang Pio del Pilar Concert Night na gaganapin sa January 25 sa ganap na ika-7 ng gabi sa Evangelista st. Corner Arnaiz Ave!
